I went with this company because I had never had any problem with home service before and they basically gave me the lowest quote. Unfortunately they were very unprofessional and unreliable throughout the entire process. Karen and her husband make all kinds of promises but only deliver on them about half of the time. Not once did they show up on time, always 45 minutes late or early, sometimes even 2 hours late without any notification. Twice they didn't even show up at all and we had to "reschedule" nearly 5 times. One time I specifically requested they show up after 11am and they were there at 10:15am pounding on the door for 15 minutes. Then because I couldn't let them begin the work until 10:45am at the earliest, they had to "reschedule" again...this is just one example! All of this would be irritating on it's own but tolerable because they were much cheaper than the other two quotes. However, they had an electrician wire for the new motorized shades and promised me he was licensed and insured and they would give me paperwork showing this proof. They never delivered on this even though I asked 3 more times so I don't know how safe and correct the work was done and whether or not I am protected should anything go wrong in the future. This of course, is after they charged me twice what they originally quoted me for the electrical work. Worst of all, the shades have begun to squeak and make funny noises when they go up/down and it's only been one month! I'm also still waiting on the delivery of two window shades, and while I think they will eventually deliver because I owe them another $800 on completion, we are currently on our 3rd rescheduling and the quality of the motor is likely to be the same mediocrity as those already installed.
