I never leave negative reviews, but this experience deserves a warning to others. I scheduled a service call with Doral Appliance Repair, hoping for a straightforward diagnosis and estimate. Instead, the technician showed up, barely looked at the appliance, didn?t perform any meaningful inspection, and left without offering any insight or recommendations. They promised to send an estimate later that day ? it never came. I followed up multiple times and got vague responses or no reply at all. Despite doing absolutely nothing to help, they still charged a full service fee. It felt like a bait-and-switch: pay for a ?visit,? get no service, no estimate, and no accountability. I understand service fees are standard, but they should reflect actual service. This was a waste of time and money. I?d advise others to look elsewhere for honest, professional appliance repair.

Incredibly fast, courteous and reasonable. In and out in 10 minutes and fixed a sub-zero fridge leak. Reasonable charge
