Not enough words to show my appreciation. I needed 1500 square feet of tile removed from my house and Bob and his team came to our rescue. Dr. Junk was prompt and very friendly and reasonable and helped my father clean up the garage and driveway. We will definitely call him again as needed!

After learning we weren't eligible for any further county trash pickups this year Doctor Junk stepped in and helped. They were ready and willing to show up on a moments notice for the eviction itself, however we didn't need them until afterward to pick up and haul the stuff. After sending pictures they gave me a great quote. Knowing the neighbors were adding to the pile they stuck to the agreement anyway and did a great job.

He worked at my house 3 times and we are extremely happy with the job he performed, he's punctual, very decent, very professional, dedicated, fast, excellent price, left the areas very clean after he finishes all the time. We will definitely use his services again and of course recommend him.

There were also things that hadn’t been looked at and he took the time to remove it and show it to me, so that I could tell him to keep it or throw it away. He had a ton of patience and I wished I could give them an A+.

It went well. He came when he said he was coming. He was very efficient, one of the panel broke and cleaned it up. They carefully hauled it away.

I have dealt with Bob in the past and I contacted him on this occasion to help me move out two small apartments where the tenants were being evicted for non payment of rent.  
I was contacted by the Sheriff's office and was advised of the eviction date and time. They suggested that we arrive 15 minutes early. I advised Bob and he was there on time as always.  Unfortunately, the Sheriff's were backed up and didn't arrive until 45 minutes after the time they said they would be there.  Bob did not charge me for waiting.
One of the units is a 1/1 with two tenants in it.  Once they were removed, Bob and his associate went to work.  For being a small unit, the tenants had a surprising amount of stuff inside.  Bob and his associate managed to empty out the apartment quickly and methodically without damaging any of the items. All of the items were placed in the parking lot in a neat way.
They then moved on to the second apartment which was actually a studio apartment.  It appeared that the tenant had already moved out of this unit since it was vacant. This one had considerably less furniture than the other but the items that were in there, were quickly removed and also placed outside in the driveway as well. 
I had to have them come back the next day and finish clearing out whatever items were left in the driveway.  They did that with no problem.
After they cleared each unit, the swept the units and left it in the best shape possible. They completely cleaned up after themselves and left the area as neat and clean as possible.
Overall, I found this company to be honest, trustworthy and most important, they keep their word. They arrived on time and did a great job.
