Everything went well. Very professional. Installed the current model of our existing A.O. Smith water heater which is a beast. Set on the "B" setting, we never run out of hot water. Installation was smooth without hassles.

He spent over an hour at the store getting one piece to fix the outside leak. He bought an adapter and charged me an unbelievable. He came to my home at 12 and came back in finally around 130 and then it took him another hour to fix. He spent a lot of time on his phone or in his car so I feel like he was charging me for time he wasted.
