Details Custom Cabinetry

There were some rough edges to the work.  The price was reasonable.  The work wasn't bad enough to cause any long-term concern.

The quote was pricey. I would not consider them for a quote in the future.

We are so very happy with the results of our projects undertaken with Details Custom Cabinetry. This was an intensive project, with many moving parts and components that required a great deal of coordination and communication. Ms. Nereida Garcia-Caceres from Details Custom Cabinetry made us feel like our project was priority #1. From the beginning she spent a great deal of time listening to what our needs were and throughout the duration of the project, she was responsive to our inquiries and questions and would always return our calls and emails. Often she was on site to ensure the project was moving forward and that items were not being overlooked. We were also very pleased to have the projects completed on time. They gave us reasonable estimates as to when the various projects would be done and they managed to get the projects done on time. Ms. Garcia-Caceres is a very hands on project manager, ensuring not only big picture coordination but also paying a great deal of attention to the details. When designing our storage room, a priority for us since our house is small and didn't have much storage space, she spent time understanding how we'd use the room and what would go into it (and what could be better stored in other locations in the house). She came up with a design that is extremely functional and, because it is adjacent to our kitchen, looks gorgeous. Another example of attention to detail and customer service: When the kitchen cabinets arrived, there was a small ding in one of the doors - she immediately ordered a new one and had it quickly installed. But no detail is too small. In fact, to this day (5 months after job completion), if I have a concern -- for example, about how a cabinet door is closing - she personally stops by to see what the issue is and then takes steps to promptly remedy the matter. Through their actions, I can tell that finishing the job, customer service and providing quality products is important to Details Custom Cabinetry. Finally, let me say that anyone who has done work on their house knows that having people in and out of your home for a protracted period of time can be a challenge. But the people at Details Custom Cabinetry clearly enjoy their job and their profession; it showed in their attitudes and professionalism, interacting with them was a pleasure. They were good stewards of our residence and we are thrilled with our house now.
