Home Inspection
The inspector was late about thirty minutes due to unfamiliarity of the area. He was cordial and arrived in his vehicle with the company logo on the side. I could not escort him around the house because I had to leave, but when I returned a few hours later he was just about finished. I had taken pictures previously of the discrepancies that he had found but I would have liked to have seen some pictures from the things I did not see and I did not know if I could find them without him. I would have liked a detailed report sent to me electronically to include pictures of discrepancies or insurance items. Overall, it was a pleasant experience though I felt that there was no need for followup after I gave him the check.
