First and foremost, we love our pool. However, expectations fell very short after high recommendations. Waiting 14 months for modling issue, that appeared immediately after completion, to be addressed. Designer Pools did not have an issue requesting and receiving on-time payments. This seemed to be the only time the owner, Jorge, had time to stop by. We are still waiting for any sort of respectful & ethical hands-on action from Designer pools. We have 1 year of emails promising an acid wash to correct the distorted blotches on the surface of our Diamond Brite (that is actually peeling off in tiny granules and has absolutely nothing to do with the pool chemical maintenance) This is the action of a poorly applied Diamond Brite process. We have had to request quotes from other pool resurfacing companies to correct Designer Pools error. We clearly understand that we signed a contract, however, it doesn't allow Designer Pools to walk away without making a decent, ethical effort to make things right. Anyaliza has been our point of contact and has tried her best to be on par with communicating with us. I am sure she would agree that we have been very patient throughout this year. Who knew this would happen after being HIGHLY recommended.

This is the second time in 14 years that I use Designer Pools. They constructed my pool originally and I was so satisfied with their quality and service that I rehired them to refurbish my pool 14 years later. And again, I am extremely happy with the results. I would highly recommend this company if your interested in constructing a swimming pool, deck, and/or outdoor barbecue!!!!!

It went excellent, phenomenal. They did a really good and thorough job and I would recommend them. George was very professional and always in communication and kept me informed as to what was going on with the project. He was also very timely which was important. Any questions I've had before and after completion of the work have been answered promptly, I am always able to easily get in touch with them.
