In the middle of May, 2014, I sent in a 50% deposit in the quote for quartz to be used for our kitchen remodel. Two weeks later, I sent the drawing with cabinet measurements so Designer Tops could order the quartz to be used in our kitchen, and the wait for countertops would not have to be long after the new cabinets and peninsula were placed in their places. When I called for Designer Tops to come and do their measurements, they came to our home one week later. The person they sent was delightful. The company told me the quartz would be delivered in three weeks which came as a little surprise since I thought they already ordered the quartz after they received my deposit and measurements of the countertops and peninsula. Well, the quartz was finally delivered to our home one day shy of four weeks since they came out and measured. And, the measurement was a little off on the backsplashes, so the installers returned the following morning to complete the job with the backslashes cut correctly. The completed job looks great; we are extremely happy with the results. Well, I spoke to Tony Pino, Designer Tops owner, and told him that we are satisfied with the final outcome, and asked if we could have a little discount since the wait for the quartz was so long;
he agreed to do so, and he was apologetic for the wait.

It went extremely well! They were fast and courteous. I worked with Paul Pino and he was knowledgeable as well as accommodating.

I paid a 100% up front. I told them what I wanted. They gave me an estimate. I had it delivered to the shippers and they shipped it down. They delivered it on time. I received the product and it works.

I would use them again in a heartbeat and would recommend them to anyone. plus they are a family operation, so you get very personal service and the team seems to work really well together.

We had two separate estimators, Jackie and Hector, come out at different times to measure separate phases of the project. They were both professional, conscientious, and punctual. Each offered beneficial advice on decisions that would ultimately affect the outcome of the project. That our countertops fit so well in a complex space is testament enough to their skill. I visited that manufacturing facility to select the slabs. While, in our case, it proved unnecessary because the slabs all so similar, it was impressive to see how well-laid out and functional the operation is. I've talked with or met at least ten people with this company. Without exception they are helpful, knowledgeable and responsive. I was never promised something that wasn't delivered. The big day, today, Javier installed the tops. He encountered a few issues that required some creativity, each of which he handled like a pro. We are very satisfied and would recommend this crew to anyone.
