 + 0 moreRude and unprofessional. We are in the process of obtaining various quotes for a number of home improvement/repair projects. Not only was the gentleman extremely late to our scheduled appointment, but his demeanor was as if I was inconveniencing him. Apparently he did not deem it fit to even bother providing a written quote because he couldn't beat one of the other quotes I had received on our larger project . Still optimistic, I showed him a couple other project areas and he quickly said that "we don't do that". Bear in mind, according to their Ads, they supposedly do renovate/repair all the areas I showed him. He then promptly scurried off to whatever job he was working on. Not to be presumptuous, but it would appear that since they couldn't be competitive for the larger project ($8,500 - $13,500), they simply did not want to be bothered with the smaller ones. This must a sign that the recession is completely over because they apparently have enough incoming business to not even bother with approx. $5,000 - $7,000 worth of renovation projects.
Description of Work: They were suppose to provide estimates on various projects.

 + -1 moreDesign Home Remodeling was not the least expensive or the most expensive but the quality was excellent. They were incredible and spent a lot of time explaining everything.
Description of Work: We had Design Home Remodeling remove and dispose of the old tile on our roof and install new tile for our 6000 square foot home.

 + -1 moreTHIS COMPANY IS A VERY REPUTABLE COMPANY. THEY INSTALLED THE BATHROOM SHOWER VERY WELL. WE DID HAVE A PROBLEM WITH THE COUNTERS AFTER THEY INSTALLED THEM. THE COMPANY WAS HAPPY TO COME BACK TO CORRECT THE PROBLEM.
Description of Work: THEY REMODELED THE BATHROOM. THIS INCLUDED REPLACING THE TOILET AND SHOWER. THEY ALSO REPLACED THE SINK AND PUT IN NEW MARBLE COUNTERTOPS.
