I searched high and low on the Miami Dade Regulatory & Economic Resources site (http://egvsys.miamidade.gov:1608/WWWSERV/ggvt/bnzawbcc.dia) to find a roof contractor who was not only licensed & active with Miami Dade County, but who had zero complaints against them for workmanship (or any performance related matter). After many hours of searching I found Dennis Roofing.  They returned my call quickly, and Mr. Dennis himself came out to do a full inspection of the roof.  My home was built in 1992 and i was having trouble obtaining homeowers insurance in the private markeplace as the state had changed its rules regarding how roofs were to be built following Hurricane Andrew.  It was an expense i dreaded, but knew it was necessary in order to put an end to the huge annual premiums i was paying through Citizens.  Mr. Dennis was very hands-on and transparent regarding and throughout the process.  He kept me up to date on each phase of the job, and I am extremely pleased with the workmanship of his team.  The project started in mid-February, and was completed in early March, which was not a problem for me.  I wanted the roof done right, and it was.  I honestly have no complaints.  The workers showed up almost every day, and did what they needed.  If you are looking for a professional roof job, and a company of character, Dennis Roofing is the way to go.  Hands down.  Stop searching and give them a call.

Mr. Dennis came on time to give a free estimate and showed me that I needed rotten wood replaced in 4 places and needed modifications to the rain gutters to prevent the same problem in the furture. He included the modification of the rain gutter along with painting and repairing the roof. While the work was being completed he came by to be sure his employees had all materials and were on task, which they always were. I was truly impressed by the work ethic and professionalism demonstrated by the work crew. They cleaned up everything when the were finished. I am very pleased with Dennis Roofing and recommend them highly.

The roofing company who installed the roof about 15 years ago didn't install it correctly and they were able to fix the leaky spot. I would recommend Dennis Roofing to others in the area.

The company was very responsive to my calls. They came out and gave me an estimate. They worked with my schedule and showed up right on time. The workmen cleaned up very well and I am very satisfied with the work.

I found them through Angie's List. I was satisfied with the entire project. Throughout the process, the owner was directly involved. If there was something not to my satisfaction, he immediately corrected to make it right for me. The company stuck to the original estimate.

Dennis Roofing was a little pricey but he did a wonderful job. He was professional and kind and cleaned up after himself well. I really liked that he billed after the job was completed, and didn't ask for money up front.

THIS COMPANY IS A GREAT COMPANY TO HAVE WORK ON MY ROOF. I HAVE USED THEM FOR A LONG TIME. THEY DO GREAT WORK AND THE PRICE IS REALLY CHEAP. THEY ARE VERY POLITE.

THE HURRICANE COMPLETELY DESTROYED OUR ROOF! WHEN I CALLED THEY WERE QUICK TO GIVE AN ESTIMATE AND SET UP THE APPOINTMENT. WHAT I LIKE ABOUT THEM IS THEIR HONESTY, IF THEY CAN NOT GET TO YOU QUICKLY, THEY WILL LET YOU KNOW.

THEY WERE ALWAYS ON TIME AND WORKED VERY LATE IN THE DAY. THEY WERE VERY PROFESSIONAL AND EFFICIENT. THEY DID NOT WASTE ANY SHINGLES AND THEY CLEANED UP ALL THEIR MESS.

THEY DO GOOD WORK, BUT THEY ARE A LITTLE EXPENSIVE. IT TOOK THEM TWO DAYS TO FINISH THE JOB. THEY GAVE US AN ESTIMATE AND THEY STUCK TO IT. THE OWNER WAS VERY EASY TO GET ALONG WITH.
