He is wonderful. We got a quote from another company to fix the areas of the building that were burnt in the fire for $159000 and it didn't include the regular part like the building, the common area & anything like that. Jorge came in and his quote was $76000. His quote included adjacent apartment and the common area. His quote came so much less. He just had the right when he was able to bring up the screen company. He has been wonderful while working with us.
