They were fabulous! They were punctual. Came twice before the tenting to make sure all foliage was removed that needed to be. I would recommend them to everyone. If I ever need to be tented again I would not hesitate to contact them!

This was the second house Albert and his team tented for me in the past month. Albert was VERY accommodating with the timing of the work. I found termite wings just days before tenants were scheduled to move in, and he was able to schedule the tent right away despite a full schedule for the week. The men who put the tents on were very professional and made sure the tents were not placed over some plants I was concerned about. I had them come back because they did a great job on the previous house just weeks before. The price was also very reasonable. I will continue to use Delta for all of my termite needs.

Delta Pest Control are great. They're timely and have a fair price. They were nice to work with. The workers are all very nice. I'll be using them again, probably within the next couple of weeks. I was very happy with them.

Called Delta and Albert was prompt to come out to my house and provide an estimate. The price was very fair. He was very easy to talk to and answered all my questions. A week later, I phoned him to schedule the work. His crew was out here promptly and worked efficiently and professionally.
Upon completion, the crew came out, once again, per the schedule. Albert came to inspect the job. The crew left everything in place and clean upon their departure.
I was very pleased with Delta and will be using them for montly pest control.

I called this company several months ago to get an estimate for whole house tenting for an active termite infestation for the house we had just purchased. Albert sent Luis to our home and he was very detailed and explained the gas, took measurements etc. He told us we should wait until we had our roofing work done (just prior to installing the tiles) to insure that we get the most bang for our buck. I was very impressed by this honesty and once we got to that point (3 months later) called Albert and scheduled the fumigation. They showed up on time and promptly tented and fumigated. they even provide the option of an overnight security guard which we took advantage of. The next day, they came, removed the tenting and we talked about their yearly service plan. Their pricing was very competitive with the other companies I called. Overall I am very satisfied with there work (hoping all the bugs are dead!) and would definitely use their services again.

Albert sent Freddy the following morning to spray. Freddy was very detailed in explaining his methods and then in the spraying of the inside along the permiter of the house (even in kitchen cabinets) and then continued along the perimeter of the openings of the home outside. I plan to continue to use Delta Pest Control and recommend them provided that my home remains pest free.

Estimate was very accurate and the price was fair. The owner, Albert, was very courteous and accomodating. However, we had a very bad experience through one of his employees, the first man sent out on the tenting date to begin the preparations. I had previously blocked the access hole to the crawl space under the house after I was sure my two outdoor cats were safe on my patio. About 1/2 hour later I noticed that this employee had removed the blockage material. I said, "Why did you do that? I have two cats!" He replied that he had to open the space for the gas and added, "Don't worry, I saw two cats run away from the house." I asked the color of the cats and he answered with the correct description. I then told him to block the hole right away. I guess you can surmise the outcome. The following day, after the tent was removed and the house aired out, we returned and stayed on the outdoor patio because the scent of the gas was still strong in the house. Delta had left several high-powered fans on inside but I noticed only a few doors had been opened. I went through our house and opened every door. One cat returned to our patio. After several hours, we went into the house but our eyes were burning and we used Visine. This was a Friday. On Saturday I called Delta's owner to report the absence of the other cat. He thought that the cat was probably afraid and would return. He also said that I had told him I would take the cats away prior to tenting. However, he was not present during the tenting and none of his employees were privy to that conversation days before. Since they were late to begin the tenting, I felt reasonably assured that our cats were safe by staying outside since I had blocked the entrance to the crawl space. By Sunday the stench was so bad in our kitchen so he sent some (skinny) employees out to our house on Monday. They did locate our cat under the house and pulled out his dead body. We unceremoniously put him into two garbage bags and I asked them to put him in the curbside "dump" pile. I realize that the true responsibility was mine to secure my cats before tenting. However, the employee that assured me that they "ran away" was completely erroneous. The gas was not started until five hours after this incident (removing the blocked passage.) Any animal could have entered that crawl space during that time. What I am particularly upset about is the owner's lack of responsibility for what happened and his absence of an apology. Instead, he blamed me for not securing my cats. I spoke to him later to recommend that he implement a policy of care when it comes to opening access to a house several hours prior to gassing the place. Any animal could have gone under our house in the time that it took to cover it with a tent (neighbor's cat, etc.) After all, he is the expert in extermination, not me. Had he been present during the process, or had his uncaring employee been better trained, the senseless death of our cat could have been prevented. On a "positive" note, our house still reeked of the smell of something dead and Delta's owner came through with a suggestion of mothballs to cut the smell. He said there were probably dead rats in the wall and the odor would abate in a few days. The mothballs did the trick (if you prefer that smell) and, indeed, the foul odor dissipated in a few days. Next came the inexplicable flies. We had houseflies all over the house in abundance. This began about three weeks after the tenting. We killed them with fly swatters and a hand-held vacuum (tip: crushing up a mothball and vacuuming it will kill the flies still alive and flying around in the vacuum canister.) Another call the Delta's owner, Albert (who said this was related to the dead rats in the walls,) resulted in one of his employees placing the equivalent of fly paper inside and outside the house. To date (four days later) our fly population is down to almost what one would consider "normal." Overall, I would say that Delta Pest Control accomplished their goal of annihilating every pest and living creature in our house. However, they should have known better about opening access to the house's crawl space and taken more precautions since they deal with such deadly chemicals. We give them a grade of "F" for their lack of responsibility and, given the aftermath, sensitivity.

We arranged for tenting at 8:00am he showed up exactly as arranged. They got to work immediately and the house was tented. Everything went as expected and arranged. The owner a very friendly responsible person was on site and working with his men. The tenting went quickly and it was taken off at the time expected.

I was able to schedule the estimate and tenting very quickly. The crew arrived on time and were very knowledgeable. They left the yard and house as clean as it was before the tenting. The owner was on hand several times and made me feel very comfortable about the procedure. The termites are now gone.
