Overall it was a good experience. Mario, who helped us pick the right wood and did the initial consultation as well as the measuring on our home was perfect - thoughtful, making good suggestions, discussing tradeoffs - one of the best I have seen. Installation overall went also quite well with one exception, when one of the installation guys laid the floor simply over a huge bump in the underlying floor (we had not contracted a leveling of the floor, but you'd expect they point out if and where it needs to be done). The disappointment was that initially they insisted that it was perfectly level and that the stone was off (which it clearly was not). Mario came by and immediately got it fixed. Overall quality was quite good, 2 of transitions they got a bit sloppy and the baseboard was not exactly installed very well, rounded cutouts done as a simple rectangular one, not scribed, etc. Maybe that's too much to ask for Miami. We would use them again, mostly because of Mario. Overall an A-

They were fast, quick and no problems. They were efficient, on time and did what they had to do. They cleaned up when they left, moved furniture and everything else.

They did a really good job refinishing my floors. They worked really hard getting the color the way I wanted it. They finished on time.

the service was good. they just didn't finish one threshold area but we haven't followed up with them if we did I am sure they would finish it.

They were absolutely wonderful. We went with them because they were near our home. They finished the work on Tuesday and we spent approximately $7,000 on that work and I thought that the price was very reasonable. They did a wonderful job because I had to do so many renovations. The customer service was unbelievable, the quality of the work was good and they met the expectations. The person that I was dealing with in particular was wonderful.

I bought a house whose original hardwood floor had been laid by a boat carpenter in 1939. Changes to the interior layout of the house as well as some additions required new floors. I thought that matching the special patterns and inlays would be cost prohibitive, and indeed some of the quotes I got equaled tuition at an ivy-league! But it would have been criminal to destroy the existing floors and butting other types of flooring against it would have looked like a patch job. All Woods was actually the last of several companies I called. Their rep., Mario, was very easy to schedule an appointment with and showed up on time. He spent the better part of 2 hours measuring rooms and examining the floor on his hands and knees. In Miami, in June, without A/C, FOR AN ESTIMATE. He spent more time on the estimate than any of the other co's and described all aspect of his process in detail. His price was also so much more reasonable than most of the others that I was convinced he had left things out, but he went through everything his estimate included so that I knew to the dime what I was getting. Once he had the contract, he brought his field superintendent to the house and went over the job room by room, piece by piece. His super, Josue (sp?) then did the same with the team who did the actual work. Overall, I think that All Wood spent more time preparing for the install than they did installing, making sure every was ready and perfect. Not that the install was in any way rushed. The men showed up to work at 8 am sharp every morning and did not leave till well after 5. They were meticulous and clean in their work and finished it all on time. No surprises, no excuses, no whining, no issues at all. They made sure to tell me how to maintain and protect the floor, recommending both the types of product I should use, the application methods, and other tips and tricks. Mario stayed in constant touch and Josue was a regular at the house to supervise, not that his crew needed it. The whole company is in my opinion the definition of "Professionals"!

THEY DID AN EXCELLENT JOB. THEY HAD A REALLY GREAT PRICE. THEY SHOWED UP ON TIME. THEY WERE VERY NEAT AND PRECISE. THEY CLEANED UP THEIR MESS WHEN THEY WERE DONE.
