Called Day Star after 9 am. He said he would be there around 10 but called me when he was running late. He was courteous and professional and the price was right. I would call him again.

I left a message, which was returned promptly. He set a time, the next day and showed up within a few minutes of the appointment. He repaired several outlets and light switches.

Henry showed up on a Sunday when we returned from a weekend trip to find our dock electrical head tripping when we plugged in the power cord from our boat. Henry showed up within the hour and found that there was a small dead lizzard that had electrocuted himself inside the power head. Henry laughed removed the lizzard and reassembled the unit. He initially didn't even want us to pay since there was nothing "electrical" to fix. Now that is a great guy! We insisted that we pay him for his time and fuel to come to our house on a last minute weekend call. T This week we had a very similar situation with our power head. This time it was the breaker that needed changing. He arrived on time and worked diligently and was finished in no time. He double checked his work and left without asking for a cent until we confirmed that this had fixed the problem. After leaving the boat air conditioner running overnight to put a load on the outlet we determined that this had fixed the problem. I phoned Henry to let him know that all was working fine and he is mailing the invoice of payment. Extremely pleased with overall experiences!
