The service man arrived on time and took the compressor apart to diagnose the problem.  Then he put it back together and asked me to turn on the unit inside.  It came on!  I was so happy.  I asked him how much for the service call.  He said, "Nothing.  There was nothing wrong with your compressor.  I just checked it out and it's fine."  Imagine my surprise.  This is why we call Dadeland Air Conditioning whenever we have a problem with our unit.

Even though it was a really hot day, they were still able to send someone out to fix my air conditioning unit. They are very personable and somehow are always able to provide incredible customer service. 

They did a very good job. It was a very positive experience. I would recommend them.

I had a terrible problem with another AC company and it was an awful situation. That's when Dadeland Air Conditioning came out to take care of the problem. Terry is the owner of the company. They were very professional and they were referred to me by a hardware company here. It was really hot back in the 90's in Miami and it was on a Monday when they sent a gentleman out right away and he wasn't pushy at all. In fact, he showed us about the problem. It also appeared that one of the coils hadn't been cleaned for many years. Meanwhile my previous AC company had charged us around $400 to supposedly clean the coil, but never did clean it. However, I liked the fact that Dadeland Air Conditioning asked me to call my previous AC company to tell them about the problem. They also told me that someone else had to come out and the technician told me that I could sue them after looking at all the documents that I had. He also asked me if I took pictures so that I could file a law suit and asked me to call them back if they couldn't do anything. I found that very surprising especially in this economy. So, I found their honesty to be absolutely incredible. He never even told me not to go with them again. So, he was very honest about everything. Meanwhile we had been the customers of the other AC company for a long time. However, Dadeland Air Conditioning people were really fair with their price. They charge us for the visits, but you get a credit back for their visits if they end up doing the work, but the owner of the other company told me that he would charge for both the work as well as the visits. They were very punctual, as they were much earlier than I thought they were going to be. It truly is a great company to deal with. I won't use anyone else in the future other than Dadeland Air Conditioning.

I have had no problems with them whatsoever. I guess they are nice. They work on the outside of my house, so I don t really see them. They call me to remind me when I need a check-up. I would highly recommend them.

They supposedly gave us a warranty, but never followed through on anything. I had to correct them during the installation, and were constantly calling the office during the install to check on what they were supposed to be doing. They never gave us the warranty paperwork, and every time we needed repair done they wanted to charge us.

THEY WERE VERY RESPONSIVE AND ON TIME. THEY FOUND THE LEAK ON THEIR SECOND VISIT THAT WAS INITIATED BY THE TECHNICIAN HIMSELF. IT WAS UNDER WARRANTY AND DID NOT COST ME ANYTHING.
