If I could give them ZERO I would. These people shouldn’t be able to scam people like this and get away with it. They are rude, not upfront nor truthful of their products and they over priced me more than 200%. For mothers day my husband went to buy both of us bikes to start cycling professionally. My husband who them didn’t know much about bikes thought he could trust them. They sold us Specialized Bikes 2013 for $1100 and 2015 $1300. He never said their year or came clear on that. When we brought our bikes to another bike shop for service. We asked about the bikes. They told us these bikes are worth maximum $200. The same model in 2020 sales for $560!!!! Imagine our shock and disbelief. This is pure crockery to be taken advantage like this! Legal thieves! I am so disappointed, outraged. Imagine on a time of pandemic he killed us and over priced the bikes! DO NOT GO THERE!

The person there told me I needed a complete new brake set. I did not question him and went ahead with it. It wasn't until I received my bike and noticed online just how badly I was ripped off. They charged me $150 for the brake set which I found the exact set online for $61.50 (not to mention another $50 labor on top). When I questioned the over 100%markup they told me what I saw online was for either the front or the back discs and not the complete set. They are incorrect... the $61.50 is for both front and rear (individually they are approximately $31 each). They have no shame in such a ridiculous markup... I will never step foot inside such an establishment again. They told me the owner would call me to discuss but it never happened. I gave them more than enough time to try to rectify what they did but they thought I would just remain quite. DO YOUR HOMEWORK BEFORE GOING TO THIS STORE
