Joe gave me the cost and  rushed back to his business to get the window and installed it in less than an hour. The window was sealed  and installed for the agreed upon price. It was done the next day that I called.

All went well, but the installer left behind broken glass on the floor. Still, I would use them again.

My overall experience with Cutler Ridge Window Co. was excellent from my first telephone contact with the company's receptionist to the completion of my job. My home was burglarized and the resulting damages included a broken window pane and a busted wndow screen. Joe came to my home on 10-31-2011 and provided me with an estimate then subsequently completed the work a short time later. He was friendly and professional and I will definitely call his company again for additional window and screen repairs. Thank you Joe!

This was my forth time using Cutler Ridge Window. I needed replacement screens for the house, so I took the old screens into the shop and they measured the screens on Friday and the new screens were ready on Monday. I first used Cutler Ridge Window about two years ago when my son threw his baseball through his bedroom window. I have the old 1960s crank out windows. Joe came out to my house the same day and measured the window and returned the same day to replace the glass. He charged about $50.00 to replace the glass. In addition, Joe taught me how to care for my old 1960s windows, how and where to lubricate and how to clean the frames. I thought the service was exceptional - and he did not spend hours trying to sell me something I did not need. A few weeks later I needed new screens at my office in Homestead. We needed approximately 20 new screens for one half of the building. I dropped off the old screen on Monday and the new ones were ready before Thursday of the same week. I used these guys again about a month ago for my office (we replaced the screens on the other half of the building this time). And once again the screens were ready in about three days. And the price was extremely fair - less than $450 for all 20 screens. I would recommend these guys - especially to someone with old windows. They do not screen patios.

THEY WERE VERY HONEST WITH ME. THEY MADE SURE I KNEW EVERYTHING THEY WERE DOING. THEY WERE FINISHED WHEN THEY SAID THEY WOULD BE. THEY EVEN MADE SURE EVERYTHING WAS ALL CLEANED UP WHEN THEY WERE DONE.

IT TOOK THIS COMPANY THREE MONTHS AFTER THE TIME WE CALLED TO COME OUT AND EVEN LOOK AT THE WINDOWS. WHEN THEY DID COME TO FIX THEM, THEY DID A REALLY BAD JOB. THEY DIDN'T EVEN REPLACE THE CRANKS AND THE WINDOWS WERE OUT OF ALIGNMENT.
