CUSTOM BLINDS & REPAIRS

It's a father and son company supposedly. The son didn't have much experience. He kept calling the father to actually help him out. We found out it's the father who still has all the expertise and the knowledge. Like I call them immediately. I don't remember when they came out; it was a few months ago, just after I looked them up that I gave them a call right away, and the good thing is the quick reply. Like I called them immediately, that's the only good thing, conversation wise, they're very good. I think it was even more than that. On responsiveness, they were good, especially with the father. I would use them again, with the condition that the father comes. It took about a week and a half, they took it down and they came back. It took about 10 days I would say. They cleaned up mostly everything.

I needed new blinds for my rental property. I called Jose and he responded quickly. He was at the apartment in less than an hour and took all the measurement and gave me a great quote. He has an extensive collection of product in all price range. He is very honest, professional, and accommodating. When he came to install the blinds he was very neat and quick. Excellent - I couldn't be happier with the service and products! Jose was punctual and very professional. He has an extensive collection of custom window treatments in all price ranges and is very honest and open regarding budget/prices. I actually went with something a little out of my original budget because I fell in love with a custom blind for my sliding glass doors. Since everything was custom, Jose stayed in touch with me during the 2-weeks it took to have them made to make sure I know how it was all coming along. He did such an excellent job that he is coming back to help with custom panel installation. I recommend Jose without reservation and I will continue to use his company in the future.

He made my day, as I am thinking of selling my home and did not want to spend a lot of money at this time, as I am not sure when I sell the new owners would keep my present blinds.  He fixed the blinds and they are all working great.  I will surely use him when I purchase my new home, he is trustworthy, reasonable, and timely.  I am already recommending him to my family and friends.

My experience with Custom Blinds & Repairs has been great. I had several blinds, 5 to be exact that needed repair. They either didn't close at all or stayed somewhat open after struggling to close them. I contacted this company and the service I received has been amazing. I spoke to the owner who was so professional and was able to give me an appointment that worked for both my husband & I. On the day of my appointment he repaired all the blinds and even applied a special lubricant on the tracks. I was in total disbelief when my husband told me he only charged us $75. He did an amazing job and I haven't had any problems with any of the blinds. I totally recommend this company to anyone that wants a job well done.

It went exactly as agreed Mr. Balsera came measured gave an estimate we agreed on a price wrote contract asked for a reasonable deposit gave me an approximate installation date told me he would confirm said date within 24 hours he did called back we agreed on a firm date and time he called day before to confirm it was ok, came on agreed date ON TIME and installed blinds in short a pleasant experience dealing with someone who kept his word and performed job flawlessly have since recommended him to friends and all have been satisfied with jobs done.
