Online form directs customer to step by step measures and fail-proof order form. Also had follow up conversation on phone to go over details and confirm measurements with knowledgeable staff members. Once order is submitted, payment made online or by phone if preferred. Within 2-3 weeks cushions arrived. My first order turned out that I did not allow quite enough size  in back pillows for what I really needed. Mike offered to remake these back pillows for me at no additional charge. Fantastic. The new pillows were more than perfect. My new cushions look amazing and for half the cost I had been quoted by local upholstery companies. I can't wait to order some additonal products from Mike and company at CushionsXpress. I can't say enough about how wonderful they were to work with. Everything went so smoothly from start to finish.
