Carlos and Ransell took my deposit of $860 and refused to refund it when I cancelled the job. No work had started. Upon inspecting the free renderings that they sent me, I decided to cancel the job because they were inaccurate and unprofessional. When I met with them a second time, they claimed deposits are non refundable and the renderings are considered paid work. The contract I signed with them does not state anywhere that the deposit is non-refundable, and they told me during our first meeting that the estimate and renderings are free. They also advertise this on their page. Eventually before leaving, Carlos agreed to refund my money through Zelle and then drove off. I get a call a few minutes later from Ransell, his associate, saying that they will not be refunding me any money. Ever since then, I have not been able to get a hold of them and I have not received my deposit. DO NOT trust these individuals! The total cost of the job was $8600 for a 125 sq. ft. kitchen space. They asked for 50% up front ($4300) but then lowered it to 10% ($860). I can't imagine what I would do if they had gotten away with $4300 of my hard earned money.
