Did not deliver the quality of cabinets promised. Asked for US made all wood natural oak or pine cabinets. What was delivered were made in China with contact paper on the exterior of the cabinets, and they were a red oak coloring. The cabinets did not fit the footprint. The cabinets were to have pullout shelves and these did not. They never showed up as scheduled. Demanded funds before services completed, pulled not permits. Sent three different cabinet makers who each measured for the foot print but they never followed through with correct design and measurements. Delivered substandard cabinets unfit for installation. Never completed the job. Hired a new contractor and had an A+ experience

This company also operates under the name of BH Home Improvement. We contracted them in August of 2017 to undertake a relatively minor remodel of our commercial office space. It took until June of 2018 for them to complete this job, even though we were originally told it was "a small job, we'll have it finished in 10 days". This is the most unprofessional company I have ever dealt with. Their sub contractors were not paid on time, and so they didn't turn up. Three different sub contractors worked on our project - THREE. Each of them complained about not being paid on time by their boss - the general contractor. The first sub contractor absconded with half of our vinyl plank flooring; the second laid the flooring before doing any of the "real" remodeling work, meaning the floor was irretrievably damaged; the third tried to recover the mistakes of the previous sub contractors and did the best that he could - but the entire job, from when we signed the contract until we were able to move into the space - took 11 months ! I have photos, I have videos, I have proof of their ineptitude. Please do not believe every positive review you read about this company. Our experience was disastrous for us, for our staff, for our company. The purpose of writing this review is to stop others from being "conned".

They do not come when promised, no call, no updates. Must constantly call them. They stated that I would have a kitchen in 4-6 weeks for custom wood cabinets. I m on my 4th cabinet guy and still no cabinets. Also they damaged my ceiling in the kitchen dining area, and it is cracked and need repair. They state they are not responsible.
