We had Rick (owner & operator of Creative Backyards) and his team remodel and renovate our pool at great expense. Our first meeting was great. He exuded confidence, professionalism and we liked his design. Once we signed the contract, things went down hill but they finally finished and it looked good. However, in less than three years, cracks developed in the pool. I called Rick asking him to come and just look at the pool to advise me. I asked for nothing more. He hemmed and hawed, made excuses, tried to blame our pool service and didn't take any ownership of his expensive work. He refused to come and even look at the pool. Buyer be ware....DO NOT USE HIM or HIS COMPANY! There are plenty other good contractors you should hire.
