I’m not sure if it was just an isolated experience or what but I can only go by that. The electrician brought his nephew or some very young family member to show him the ropes and had him work inside to cut the wall in order to run the new wires. The kid did not know how to handle the saw and completely destroyed the wall which of course I had to repair after and wasn’t an easy job since it wasn’t uneven whatsoever. Also what was set to be a simple job took all day because of the inexperience. For the outside cameras, an outdoor waterproof outlet box is needed and he completely bypassed it and said it wasn’t needed. This wasn’t the nephew but the actual electrician. Overall, would not hire again.

They try to put in a outside electrical work but they failed and I called them back regarding the circuit board but they didn't showed up.

My first (and last) experience with Angie's List and their listings was the equivalent of a sophisticated internet con job! We hired this "highly rated" provider...what a fiasco. They cut out the drywall (images available) making it look like Swiss cheese. We had to contract a drywall expert to repair the damage! The wiring ended up short circuiting another circuit and we lost the kitchen lights! The owner sent two characters one with a dismal, cocky attitude, the other an inexperienced rookie (that's who ended completing the job). In my opinion Angie's List is a worthless resource, and the ratings for CPS Electric are a complete fabrication!

The electrical panel was improperly done. Missing the grounding wires. Trying to over charge for more work that was need to be done requiring the electrical panel. My job was incomplete and payment was paid. I would not recommend this company to no one they are ripping people out of money.

Excellent, amazing and will use again in the future. Reinaldo responded to my call and came on that same day to check what needed to be done on my electrical panel. He provided a FREE inspection and provided me with a quote all on the same day. He was very clear on the work that needed to be done and explained the process of the work along with the cost for the job. I interviewed 4 other companies and at the end they stood out from the rest with the best priced. I highly recommend CPS for there decent price, professionalism and excellent work.

This is the second review I have written about them. Please ignore the first review! They straighten out the whole problem and confusion. I am very happy with their work. Very nice job. Happy with my lights and the whole electrical system. I will hire them again.

Reinaldo is the gentleman who came to my home to provide the quote and do the work. He was very professional and detailed on his quote. He answered every question I had and was able to do the job in a reasonable time. I would highly recommend this Company, as a matter a fact I will be calling them to provide an estimate for my dad's house.

They were very reactive and available on short notice including after hours for emergency service , however they were too pushy trying to upsell me for things that were absolutely not necessary to respond my needs. I would advise taking a second opinion especially if you are not in a hurry. With that being said they were concerned with customer satisfaction and we were able to find a resolution.

I give them 10 stars!!!! From the very first phone call to the last encounter have been EXCELLENT. Affordable ,On time, and very professional. The one thing that I love the best is the way they treated my home. With that upgrade it's very dusty and dirty.... alot of mess. They ask for broom and paper towels to start their cleaning process. I told them to please go home. Now that impress me.... I have never experienced that from any company. I would use them again in a heartbeat!

Great!!! Turned out that some of the wiring had gone bad and new pipes to run the wires to the lamp were needed. The work and workers were wonderful!!! I will certainly keep their information for future use!!!

My A.C kept tripping the circuit breaker so I called CPS. At first they changed the existing aluminum wire for copper. But later on I discovered it kept tripping. Ultimately the problem was a faulty obscure existing wire deep inside the walls in a different location. CPS came out again as soon as I needed them and fixed it for only the cost of additional materials. It means a lot to have a company that will stand by its work like that.

This guy is the best vendor i've had in a decade. answered the phone second ring. understood my problem. told me the expected expense. communicated with me at every step. came early. described the process. worked perfectly. cleaned up. was an amazing process. i would hire him to do a full edition electrical work.
