Ordered main HVAC equipment without consulting owners regarding any other vendors/options/pricing.
Significantly changed the design of the HVAC duct work so it doesn't match the approved architectural plan and didn't notify the architect or mechanical engineer of the changes.  
Installed air vent covers to they were misaligned.  
Installed a discolored bathroom vent cover and was asked to replace it.  Instead, the cover was spray painted it and re-installed without informing owners.   
Purchased mini-split AC equipment despite being notified well in advance that equipment was already on-site, then tried to charge a fee to return the equipment.  Initially refused to install the equipment at all because it wasn't the preferred brand and only installed the product at the insistence of the owner.
Did not read the installation manual/specs for the mini-split AC that were sent to him 2 months ahead of time, resulting in his having to cut a huge hole in the newly dry walled/plastered wall to install additional conduit.

Came couple of times because after everytime they came and claimed they fixed the issue, the unit frozed again.

Last time they came and left some measurements and made no attempt to came back. Waited 4 days without A/C on a Miami summer.

After ringing them multiple times, they said to look for another company.

I paid for a service and they did not deliver on it.

Prompt response, updates on result of evaluations and quote alternatives. Highly recommend.

They are excellent and give a great service. Their prices are very reasonable. They came in a little late one time, but they are usually good with that. I like that they are honest which is very important. They answer all the questions I ask and are very responsive.

They replaced our old using with a new, more efficient unit. Installation was neat and tidy, they removed the old stuff and cleaned up well. Mr. Costa is friendly and accommodating. He has done work for us before, and is always responded quickly for service calls.

THEY'RE ALWAYS THERE WHEN I NEED THEIR HELP. I'VE BEEN QUITE HAPPY WITH THE PERFORMANCE OF THIS COMPANY. THEY ARE ALWAYS POLITE AND ALSO QUICK TO RESPOND WHEN CALLED.
