After repeated attempts at scheduling and 2 no shows I was contacted by a tech claiming to have received a lead from Coral Gables appliance. He kept the appointment but as stated above had no idea and was clearly unqualified. He also attempted to charge us almost $1200.00 for a part that I can get from the local supplier for a fraction of the cost.
Apparently this company simply dispatches techs but does not employ them.
