Superb timely and very professional service and a real person not a computer always answers the phone seven days a week!! Our AC unit stopped cooling on a Saturday in 90 degree weather. After a very frustrating experience with the big retail store that originally installed our unit (in terms of getting emergency repair service and talking to computer voices for hours not to mention an overpriced quote for a new unit), we looked at Angie’s list and read the outstanding reviews for Coolest Air Conditioning and decided to call. Ana answered the phone and immediately sent a team out to look at the AC and get it running again. It turned out our unit was quite old and needed replacement- so she sent us a very reasonable quote for a Trane unit and said they could install the very next morning. The AC tech helped us set up a portable AC unit to get us through the night. The next day at 7:30am they showed up and installed the new unit. Mike the owner even came. It is so refreshing in this day and age to find a company open 24/7 with excellent phone customer service and reasonable prices. In Miami homeowners need to have a reliable and responsive AC emergency service and Coolest AC is that company! We are very satisfied customers.

Coolest Air Conditioning has very good customer service, from phone reception to service delivery. Coolest AC service delivery timing is excellent, they meet their appointments with great punctuality which is rare in Southern Florida. The technicians were very knowledgeable and professional. I have an older Lennox air conditioner, when it failed Wolfrang from Coolest AC was able to replace and rebuild the various electronic components. Later the fan started to make noise, Mike diagnosed the problem and found a warranty replacement. Gabriel did the actual repair once the replacement parts became available from the manufacturer. I've used Coolest multiple times after they were recommended by a friend and have been very impressed with their professionalism. They've been very helpful in working around my schedule, and have done a great job. I've used them for everything from emergency work (not caused by them) to larger replacement jobs...and got the same level of service for each. They take the time to explain the job, what it includes, and what the expected costs will be. I also felt they took the extra 30 minutes to do a complete job and not just move on to the next one on the list. Mike has been here on multiple occasions and seems like a very nice guy. Bottom line - I would certainly recommend.

This company saved us! We had just gotten the flu and we're feeling terrible when the AC died, and Miami, no AC is no joke! They came quickly, told us a price, offered us a portable AC till our new AC could be ordered and shipped. Then they installed our new AC all night. No other company cares enough to do these things! After the service Mike and his team at Coolest provided today, they are the only A.C. company I will ever deal with in South Florida. We had THREE different A.C. companies come to our house and try to force a new system on us, even though we told them repeatedly we just bought our house and could not afford it. They said the compressor was bad, and it would never run again... That's where Mike and Coolest A.C. comes in. They were referred to us by 2 of our neighbors who said they were honest, on time, and got the job done. So we called today, Mike, the owner, answered the phone himself which was good sign #1. Good sign #2 was that he showed up 1.5 hrs later, right on time. Early actually, as he gave us a 2 hr. window. After about 15 minutes working on the unit, our air came back on! As it turns out, all our unit needed was a capacitor! All the other companies tried to high pressure us into a new system we could not afford. Mike came out and got that baby running in no time flat! He charged a perfectly reasonable amount to come out and fix our stuff on a Saturday afternoon, & didnt try any high pressure sales b.s. We were so impressed we also signed up for a maintainence agreement so we know we'll always be taken care of! And when we are ready to replace Coolest will be our guys! If you're looking for an honest, reliable company to come out and take care of your A.C., look no further. Our only wish is that we called Coolest sooner!

After asking Ana for an emergency repair at 8:30am she schedule my visit for only four hour later, but in one hour Mike call me to ask for some technical details and after checking his parts availability he offers me to meet in 25 minutes to take care of the emergency. In the building roof the vast majority of the AC units lack identification, without hesitation he help me identify my apartment unit and proceded to make a diagnostic of the failure and provide options, including a free estimate and temporary mitigation to make the equipment work. I decided to follow his recommendation to restore the unit to the level of recommended by the manufacturer, taking away previos bad repairs done for unprofessional technicians. I recommend Coolest Air Conditioning & Refrigeration for their client satisfaction, technical expertise and willingness to take care of an emergency without pushing for a quick sale of new expensive equipment.

Coolest A/C responded quickly to an emergent problem on a Saturday morning. Wolfgang arrived promptly as scheduled and quickly assessed the issue, providing a thorough and accurate estimate. He worked quickly and efficiently to perform the service. All work was very professional and finished quicker than promised. Coolest A/C and Wolfgang are both highly recommended.

This company quoted me using mini split systems that were obsolete and banned from sale in the US due to not meeting energy code requirements. The units were for export only. Thankfully, I did my research and found this out on my own. That explains why the cost of the units were so cheap. This was a scam.

Coolest Air Conditioning was exceptional when it came to quickly repairing my broken A/C system in the middle of a very hot Miami summer. The person I spoke to on the phone was professional and very understanding, helping me get on their wait list and ultimately a time slot for that day, understanding the urgency of need for repairs of my AC since it was the summer time. She called me back a few times after the initial call to confirm my appointment and to let me know when the service men were on the way to my house. They showed up right on time and quickly diagnosed and fixed the problem, even recommending ways I could keep my A/C in top working condition for longer periods. Extremely professional and quick in action, I would recommend their services to anyone in their area!

Michael from Coolest Air Conditioning & Refrigeration was extremely punctual, knowledgeable and took this time to explain the different models he had available which made the process of me choosing the best fit for my home extremely easy. Installation was smooth and Mike took his time to make sure that everything was aesthetically correct. He was very thural in all the details. I did a little research online before the installation in a couple forms I saw that they mention that just as important as having a good unit the installation is just as important if not more. I feel Mike and his crew achieved this.

This is one of the easiest air conditioning company's to work with out there. They are equipped with a great staff from their reception to their technicians. I had issues with my air handler not working and within the same day someone was out to my property to inspect the situation. Diagnostics and repairs were done relatively quick and my ac now is working better than ever. I'm a very satisfied customer and would definitely recommend this company to anyone who asks.

Quick and Affordable

While the initial installation went smoothly there were some unforeseen electrical issues following Hurricane Irma. Mike (owner of the company) was very responsive to our concerns and went out of his way to make things right. I would use this company again based on the customer service shown by the owner.

AC did not come back after the power came on (a week after IRMA hit Miami). Coolest came out the same day I called and got me up and running again. Quality and professional work!

Incredible service and very professional. I am in the construction industry and Coolest Air outdid even my own mechanical contractors. I called at 7 a.m., technician with assistant were at the house at 9:30 a.m. as scheduled and done by 10:15 a.m. The office staff was in constant communications with me updating on all work required and being done. Impressive organization. I will recommend them to anyone without a second thought.

Great service and at a reasonable price. They showed up within the appointment time (which is rare and much appreciated!) And they flushed our A.C. quickly. The team described everything that they were doing and also gave me good insight into what I need to do to keep my A.C. running well. Two thumbs up!

Mike at coolest was fantastic. Very punctual. He actually educated me on the A/C system and gave me multiple options to choose from. This guy knows what he is talking about and is on the scene when the A/C is being installed. He is the owner of the company and is very hands on. He doesn't want to just install the system for you but to have a business relationship with you. I would definitely recommend him for any A/C job. Sometimes you just get a good feeling about someone when you talk to him. Great guy.
