He is Supposed to Be Concrete Expert. After 1 Year the Whole Walkway has Cracked. Total Waste of $ 700. He has Website He Shows You Pictures of his Work. He did Not Do the Work in these Pictures. He Said Concrete Texture he Put over our Walkway was Near UnDestructable and would Last for Years. He did a Fast Hurried Job. He Never Intended to Do it Right. Do not Call Him.. He Will Rip You Off...RD Cutler Bay Fla.

The contractor was responsive with the quoting process and behaved responsibly when discussing the need for permits and following code. He provided his lic number under Conceptual Designs in Concrete which came back expired when I looked it up on-line. He said that the business card he provided was out of date and gave me a new lic number which was active and registered under Conceptual painting. He completed the job in what seemed to be an appropriate amount of time but did not slope the driveway correctly. I now get an inch of water about 2 - 4 feet in to the garage each time it rains. I've notified him of the problem and he has agreed to fix it but has been 2 months since he finished the job and has not made any attempts to do so.

The contractor responded well at first and was prompt with an estimate. He seemed to be responsible with respect to obtaining permits and following code. I did request his lic number and looked it up. My search indicated that his lic was expired. He said that the information on his business card was out of date and gave me a new number when I brought that to his attention. The new lic was active but registered to a different business. He said that the correct business name was under the active lic and the contract he presented was under that business name so I contracted him for the job. He completed the job in an acceptable manner but didn't slope the drive way correctly. I now get an inch of water 2 - 4 feet in to my garage each time it rains. I've notified him of the problem and he promises to fix it but hasn't made an attempt to do so and it's been 2 months since he completed the job.

I WAS EXTREMELY SATISFIED WITH THE PROFESSIONALISM THE PAINTERS SHOWED THEY ARRIVED PROMPTLY TO THE PROMISED TIME. THEY WORKED SO DILIGENTLY THROUGHOUT MY HOME, IT TOOK THEM LESS THAN THREE DAYS TO COMPLETE THE JOB.
