I am astonished that this guy could call himself a professional. John came by right away and took my money in early November, promising that the job would be done before Thanksgiving. It is now February 10th and his phone has been going directly to voicemail. He brought a bobcat in to rip out the old concrete, smashed my shed, broke my EXPENSIVE hurricane impact window, got concrete all over my newly painted house, and broke my driveway. He promised to fix everything. He kept promising to come back and never did. Now we cannot get a hold of him. He left me with a mess and didn't even finish painting the stamped concrete he laid in my backyard. He also left me with a broken fence. Now after giving him nearly $7,000 he has left me with over $1,000 in repairs.
