After the outside work was completed, Colonial could not get an approval and needed a new permit. After 6 months with no permit, weekly calls, we finally called our county comissioner to intervene with the permit office. Apparently there was not an issue and they issued the permit. The work was finally approved. Colonial now said we needed a new estimate for the interior work. Again we waited for weeks and never received a quote and Colonial never came back to fill in the ditches created outside for the new pipes.
