JR showed up the 1st day a told me I needed a new garbage disposal to solve the water leak under the kitchen. He showed me the old disposal that was rotted out. He told me he could get it but would not be able to install it until the next day and that if I wanted to pick up the disposal from home depot it would be cheaper for me to do that and have him come back to install it the next day. He came back the next morning early and installed the disposal in about 20 minutes. I am satisfied with the work.

Called Collins plumbing on Friday and told him the problem I was having, the kitchen faucet was leaking from the handle when turned on. He recommended I buy a new faucet over the weekend just in case the old one was not repairable. When he arrived he disassembled the faucet and showed me where the lime deposits had formed on the inside of the faucet which was causing the leaking. He explained the options I had, to repair the faucet, or just replace it with the new one I had purchased. Since the faucet was older we agreed it was best just to replace with the new one, since the cost of repairing the old one would have been comparable and no guarantees on how much longer it would last. At that time he also took out a water purifier that we not longer needed.

THE WORK THAT THEY DID WAS VERY GOOD. I WAS VERY PLEASED WITH EVERYTHING THAT THEY DID. I WOULD HIRE THEM AGAIN AND RECOMMEND THEM TO ALL OF MY FRIENDS.
