COLLEEN'S FRAME STATION

I talked with Joe at Colleen's on the phone. He asked a couple of questions to make sure that he understood my framing need. I didn't ask for an estimate because he sounded so competent and the firm already had a high rating on Angie's List. I brought the project over, and it was expertly completed in less than 24 hours.

The professionalism and craftsmanship of the owner does not compare to any other framing place I have been. No matter how many people are in her store at any given time, Colleen will give you her undivided attention. She devotes an inordinate amount of time and detail to every piece and ensures that the customer is completely satisfied during the process of deciding on the frame and mat and then once the item has been framed. To her, each and every final product is a work of art. From the minute you walk into Colleen's Frame Station until the time you leave, you are made to feel welcomed and that your needs are very important. Recently, I had brought in a family photo to be framed as a birthday gift. When the item was completed, I brought in a typed note that I wanted "taped" on the back. Before I knew it, Colleen had cut the note, put it on poster board, and beveled and colored the edges of the little board. That is what she was going to put on the back of the framed photo. :)
