Coast to Coast Related Services

This company, which I had no prior knowledge of, nor called for services, was sent to my home by Guardian Adjusting Services with whom I had signed an agreement for representation on my claim for Hurricane Irma damages to my insurance. Javier Arellano, the owner of Coast to Coast showed up and told me he was part of the Guardian team and he would do "Water Remediation" which he said was part of the claims process under my contract with Guardian, which was for 10% of recovered funds. Arellano then requested I sign on his smartphone as permission to begin work. No written contracts or estimates were presented but I trusted this was legitimate since I had a signed contract with Guardian. A few weeks later I learned from the Insurance company that Coast had place the screen capture of my signature on several documents I did not see nor agreed to. These included a Power of Attorney, a Waiver of contract review waiting period as required by law, an invoice with fake charges and price gouging, and an Assignment of my insurance benefits. This company acted fraudulently and are scam artists, along with Guardian Adjusters who sent them.
