Damaged many items due to inadequate packing. After raising the rate $900 on the day of pickup, they tried to extort an additional $1200 upon delivery. When I complained to management, the manager, Eli screamed at me & hung up on me. Ended up making an arrangement with the driver for less, but we had to pay for 3 guys to unpack, even though unpacking was included in price. These people are crooks!!
