very well, very pro, the cleaning was exactly what i was looking for.

They're always right on time and get directly to work. The floors are swept and mopped, the kitchen is returned to a spotless state, the bathrooms are cleaned top to bottom, beds made and every surface in every other room gets a good wipe or dust. By the time they're done everything looks great and the house smells fresh.

Ken arrived 15 minutes early to the appointment time and spent six hours cleaning my two bedroom/2.5 apartment. The place was sparkling by the time he left! He was very detail oriented and knew a lot of 'tricks' to how to clean for certain areas and types of needs. Ken and his wife had been very proactive and responsive while we were working to set-up this first appointment, as well as with follow-up. I booked the next cleaning before Ken even left the first one and will continue to work with them. Very professional and excellent work. Oh and they are great with dogs; my schnauzer was following Ken around and Ken was happy to let her.

Veronica and Ken are the owners of Cleaning With A Passion, and the name says it all! They really care about their business and their customers and it shows in their excellent work and great communication. They have been cleaning for us for close to a year including two deep cleanings where they did extra things like move and clean under the furniture and scrub the back patio and biweekly maintenance housecleaning during which we also have them change the bed and wash the linens. Not only have we been very satisfied with the quality of their cleaning, but they are great people and wonderful to deal with. They both really love our small dog, and are both really nice to my husband and I and fun to talk to. My husband works at home, so this is particularly important. They have been very understanding the few times we have had to cancel or change our dates at the last minute. Finally they are completely responsible and trustworthy and we feel great having them clean when neither of us are home. We enthusiastically recommend Cleaning with A Passion and are very happy we found them!

Veronica came on her own and did a very thorough job. Veronica is very friendly, energetic and i was very impressed with the level of cleaning. I plan to use Veronica's services again.

Veronica and her husband did an excellent job cleaning our apartment. I was able to schedule an appointment with her right away and they were punctual and professional. They paid special attention to the items i pointed out and made the bathrooms in particular look spotless. They worked at an appropriate pace and did not rush, which i appreciated. They also offered to help us with clearing out things that were left behind, which was very helpful. They came well prepared with their own supplies. They were very friendly and obliging. I was so happy with their work that i gave them an additional $50 on top of their already reasonable price. I am definitely going to use their services in the future. I highly recommend Cleaning with a Passion!

Veronika and her husband are great. They came to our apartment to give us an estimate which seemed reasonable for the job, offered options for doing windows (which we have a lot) and carpet cleaning. We opted to have it all done. They were very flexible and accommodating to our schedule. They did not put a number or hours on the job but rather just kept going until everything was done. It was all done very well for the price that they quoted us and we are very happy. We will be looking to have them come back on a regular basis as well so we would recommend them to anyone.

They also shampoo carpets and sofas (I have 4 dogs). They clean everything extremely thoroughly, they volunteered (I did not ask) to do all of my laundry, even iron it, fold it, ort my closets, make beds. They - sot of - adopt one. And that is where is their passion and the accuracy of the name of their company.

Veronica made an appointment to come for the estimate. When she got held up in traffic, she immediately called to let me know ahead of time that she would be late. She was very friendly, personable and responsible. She clarified just what I wanted done, made many helpful suggestions and offered to do additional items, such as windows, that previous cleaners were not willing to do.
I was able to schedule the cleaning on short notice before T'hanksgiving which I really appreciated.
They arrived when promised and cleaned for hours. Veronica helped me with some organizational tasks as well as cleaning until my house shone and smelled clean, clean, clean! My walk-in shower looked cleaner than it was even when we moved in years ago!
I have already scheduled them to come back on a regular basis.

I had 6 months of construction and needed a post-construction deep cleaning of my house. With 6 months of dust on pretty much every area of the house, all of my furniture and personal items, old windows with scotch tape and joint compound stuck to them, and dusty music equipment I also had a tight deadline for my move-in date. Cleaning With A Passion was recommended to me by my neighbor. After calling Veronica she and her boyfriend met with me as soon as we were both available and estimated 2 days worth of work on a date of my choosing. I chose 3 days before my move-in date. After the walk-through they were reassuring they would wipe down everything to my expectations.
The first day she arrived for the cleaning she was solo, which I was expecting more people or even a crew to accomplish what was needed. I assisted her with moving heavy items and organizing the mess of furniture and personal items such as heavy music equipment, leftover boxes of wood floor, etc.. She was extremely patient, detail oriented, and open to my suggestions and concerns of how to clean the brand new tiling and wood floors I had just installed. By the end of the day after reviewing the progress I wasn't sure if we would accomplish all of the work in two days but was extremely happy to know most of my personal items were wiped down.
The second day she arrived with her boyfriend later than expected but they both stayed late in to the evening to finish cleaning. I was happy about the progress the two of them accomplished, which was removing all window screens and finishing hosing down the windows, vacuuming and mopping the bamboo wood floors (several times since I and some construction workers kept dirtying them) in the main areas of the house and were making sure it was done to my cautious standards. I suggested Bona, which left the floors dull and Veronica insisted on using other methods to make sure the floors were left with a shine, which I'm glad she did! They could not get to a lot of areas of the home due to some construction workers still being in the house and all of my furniture/personal items being in the way. They left saying they wanted to come back and finish some areas of the house but due to my moving in and construction workers it was hard for them.
After giving them a check I looked back at the overall work and called them to tell them I was not satisfied with the progress since the hallway and a bedroom was still left to be cleaned. They came back immediately and finished the job at no extra cost while leaving the job saying how they want customer satisfaction. Overall it was difficult to measure the quality of the work due to the unique situation of having my personal items (books, music equipment, boxes, random stuff) and furniture scattered and in the way, the amount of tape, paint, joint compound, dust, and crud on the windows, and the quantities of dust as it was a very dirty job and probably needed several attacks to get it extremely clean. I felt satisfied for what I paid after they left.
I feel that Cleaning with a Passion was very hard working, honest, and overall excellent. All of this was happening while Veronica's grandmother was just emitted to the hospital and she was still very professional and concerned with the job that needed to be done. As they are new to the business they may have some learning curves but are very professional (they've worked for established hotels like the W on South Beach). I would hire them again.

I am not in the habit of writing reviews but I strongly recommend that you try them out. It is a totally all included service - they are relatively new in the business and you will not regret calling them
They bring their own machines, industrial strength, not just my regular type vacuum cleaner, deep cleaning rug cleaners, pressure cleaners, they provide their inustrial strength chemicals - which too adds to the value since that is very expensive.

Cleaning With a Passion is the most comprehensive house cleaning company around. They do it all! Carpets, furniture, floors, windows- there is no job too big or too small. They leave the house with a beautiful scent. When I initially called for an estimate, she came the very next day. She is also English speaking.
