Things have always gone well and I have been using them every 3 or 4 months for 5 years.
They have been able to accommodate me many times when I called same day, which is very nice! Things were quicker if I made an appointment ahead of time. I asked for shorter cuts on his abdominal area to the chest, and under the ear flaps to prevent knotting. They always came through. I would highly recommend them. I think they are fairly priced. Receptionist is very nice and friendly.  The owner is professional, really knows her stuff.

It went excellent. They are very good with the cuts and I really like their styling and how my dogs look like after I've took them there. They are very friendly and clean. They have glass where you can see through where they are cleaning and washing the dogs. I like the fact that you can see the staff working. They are very nice with the dogs and they are gentle. I feel that my dogs are not afraid every time that I've taken them there. They look at the wellness of the pet first.

I've been going to City Pooch for a few years now. My family takes their dogs there was well. They do great work and take good care of the dogs. I've been to other groomers and they have sedated my dogs so I now stick to City Pooch.

They are very professional and they did a fantastic job. They groomed my dog very well.

I have used City Pooch several times in the past few months. I normally will go to another shop if my dog just needs a simply bath & brush, but when she needs to be shaved down (about every other month), I go to City Pooch. Their staff is very friendly and her coat is clipped evenly. The one time I let another shop groom her, it was awful and her coat was extremely uneven. You can also tell that the staff at City Pooch cares about your animal and will be well cared for.

They took good care of my Golden Retriever and not only cleaned him, but brushed his teeth and cut his nails. I was very happy.
