+ -1 moreI started the process for a loan with Citi, they requested that I pay a $120.00 processing fee, after this fee was paid they would pay me the money. However after they received this fee they informed me that there would be another fee to actually have the loan payed out. I was upset at this and requested the loan would be canceled out and they refund back my 120.00. Mr. Minks infomed me that he would not do that and now I am starting proceedings against them over this matter.
