We did 2 large renovations on our home in Coral Gables with Victor. The first was back in 2010-2011. We did a large interior renovation of our newly purchased house. We gutted and renovated the kitchen, living room, dining, room, master bed and bath and raised all the floors and put new hardwood down. Victor was always present, contracted with efficient and talented subcontractors, and finished both projects on time and within budget. His knowledge and experience with Coral Gables code was also invaluable. Dealing with Victor went smoothly and the results were great. So well, in fact that we chose Victor again in 2017 for an exterior renovation where we converted our carport to a garage, landscaped and walled our yard, redid the front entarnce to our home, added a front courtyard, and replaced the roof.

I hired Victor and his team to completely overhaul a rental townhouse of mine that was in really bad shape. It was a mess. Major damage and disgusting. They did everything to it: new bathroom and kitchen, fixed the walls, ceilings, and even even tackled a leaking roof. Plus, they painted the whole place, ceilings included. Victor was a standout throughout the project. His communication was always on point - always keeping me in the loop with updates and what was happening next. It's rare to find that level of reliability and it made the whole process a lot less stressful. The quality of the work was Incredible. His team takes pride in doing things right, paying attention to the little details and correcting anything they have missed right away. Victor and his team exceeded my expectations. Reliable, great at communicating and top-notch work. I highly recommend.
