Christophe Frochaux has been my Realtor for almost 3 years. He is honest, dedicated, dependable, and extremely hardworking. I have referred him to all my friends and he has always provided A-1 service. I owned three town homes in the Miami area and he has kept all three rented for me, with little to no worries. Even while I was out of the country for one-year, he kept me informed of any issues regarding my tenants or repairs, which was well-beyond the call-of-duty. Additionally, when I decided to sell one of my properties, he sold it. Let me repeat: He sold my town home in today's BLEAK market within 4 months. Now he is leaving the Miami area and I hate to see him go. There is absolutely no replacing him and very difficult to come close; to find a Realtor that provides what he calls the "Swiss touch." I call it the "Chris Touch." I am not sure if he will return to practicing law or stay in real-estate business, but whatever it is he will be BEST!

Christophe is extremely thorough and professional. He did a fantastic job of photographing the properties and listing the video tours on his company's website, which did the trick to get the properties rented quickly. He thought of many issues that I did not think of, and always had an answer to any challenges we faced. He went above and beyond what anyone else I've ever worked with has and I would trust him implicitly in any business transaction. He will continue to follow-up on any issues that need attention, including taking satellite TV equipment back to the company and other errands. He's great! Your worries are over!

Christope is a very meticulous, courteous, and honest real estate agent. From beginning to end, he provided me the very best advice for renting my properties. He completed a market analysis on each property and advised me, the best rent to ask. I have depended on Christophe now for three years. The first time I contacted him, I was headed out of town. He rented that property in one week. The second property was a Section 8 Property - he conducted the research, completed all the paperwork, and found a tenant within the first 30-days - which was NO easy task. He started by going door to door telling neighbors about the property and leaving his card. In my opinion, his actions were well above the call of duty. The whole time he provided me email updates or call if he ran across any problems. Additionally, he insured that all the paperwork was turned into the association - again keeping me abreast of all actions. The last property was amazingly rented in one-day.
