I have two sofas that my grand daughter and her parents made a mess while staying with me, the very reason I purchased a chocolate color and microfiber material. I purchased a coupon through Angie's List with Chem Dry, they contacted me to verify time and day for service. On day of service they called to let me know that they were on their way, I knew that it was a distance to get to me from where they were coming. They arrived, looked over the job and began, when they were finished my sofas looked almost new again. I am very satisfied with the job, their friendliness and professionalism. I will definitely use them again.

The carpets that were flat turned out well. The ones that were a bit thicker did not. If you have very flat carpets with little height this type of cleaning will be very good. Otherwise not. The carpets that were thicker looked like they needed another round of cleaning to look clean.

This past Friday I had another provider who did a mediocre job and left my spotless living room carpet with large long streaks in several places...Carl's responded to my call the day after that was Saturday, made an appointment for today and came repaired in no time the shoddy work of another. Great job and responsiveness, I would use and recommend them to my friends and family in a heart beat.

.The process that they use is very fast drying. It took only a couple of hours. It is a different process. They use a special chemical and vacuum it very fast and it dries very fast. They removed all the tough stains and the rest of the carpet dries very fast. The price is very competitive. I will use them in the future.

The job went well! Carpet was well cleaned and looking back to normal. Didn't look older or "too well done".

Chem Dry is kind of average I would say. They show up when they say they will and do the job. I just expected a little more out of them I guess. My carpets were cleaner I would say but I hoped they would still not have that dirty look to them. In general, I think they did a good enough job but I just still felt like my carpets had an overall dirty look to them.

THEY DID A GREAT JOB. THEY CAME ON TIME. THEY DID A VERY THOROUGH CLEANING. THEY WERE VERY POLITE. THE CARPET LOOKS GREAT. WE WOULD DEFINITELY RECOMMEND THEM TO OTHERS.

I HAVE BEEN PLEASED WITH THE OUTCOME OF THE CLEANING OF MY BEDROOM CARPETS. I FEEL THAT USING THE SERVICES OF CHEM - DRY MAY GIVE MY CARPETING A LONGER LIFE, BECAUSE THEY GET OUT ALL OF THE DIRT THAT GETS TRACKED IN.
