Absolutely exceptional service, hands down! My first time with Charlie’s Home Decor dates back to over 20 years. Everything from windows to flooring; the quality of finished products & level of professionalism far exceeds that of other service providers, to include reasonable pricing & adhering to agreed upon schedules.

Very well, from beginning started changing my window vertical’s downstairs for two large sliding doors and two windows. Excellent selection to choose from. Was so happy that I changed window vertical on my bedroom upstairs. Carlos Decor did an excellent and professional job, very happy with my new verticals. Thank you “Carlos Decor”.

Awesome! Carlos is always professional and does a great Job. I had a local company in Tamarac that was going to charge me $600.00 for one vertical blind. He also told me to stay away from a particular product because it would be a headache in the future. I appreciate the fact that he would come out to do one blind everybody else blew me off and wasted my time or charged me a ridiculous amount of money. Also told me no problem with replacement parts. If I don't have to replace the whole blind then don't force me to if I just want a couple slats. Thanks for being honest and affordable and doing the right thing!

Carlos was very easy to deal with. He showed up at our appointment time with many choices for us. He explained the difference between different window coverings and had pictures of other homes that he had done. We had gotten several different quotes all from other "A" rated services but we were the most comfortable with him. He and his son installed all of the window coverings (we chose motorized blinds) and then patiently explained how they worked and that we could also have an app to open & close our blinds. We discovered that two blinds had been switched in the bedrooms and Carlos came right out to fix the problem. I would definitely use him again!

Charlie's Home decor did an excellent job installing wood blinds and plantation shutters in our home! Carlos was very professional and a pleasure to work with. He came when he said he would and he was able to meet our deadline of ordering and installing custom blinds in our home before a party we were hosting for the holidays. Carlos is very knowledgeable and clearly knows his business! He installed very high quality blinds in our home and did so in a very timely fashion and was always easy to communicate with and punctual with his work. We liked what he did for us so much that we ordered more window treatments for other rooms in our home. Working with Carlos was a pleasure from start to finish. He offered excellent advice, had a deep knowledge of his industry, and acted with professionalism every step of the way. Carlos installed solar shades with blackout panels in our children’s bedrooms, motorized solar shades on the front windows of our home, and a beautiful set of Floor to ceiling blackout draperies in our master bedroom. The finished product is wonderful. Perhaps more importantly, Carlos and his team are wonderful. Finding great people is often the most difficult piece of the puzzle. His services were not inexpensive, but you get what you pay for. I will certainly be using him again in my home and recommending him to anyone I know who needs window treatments.

Excellent from start to finish. Carlos came out and gave us suggestions and a price. We accepted and scheduled the install and he showed up on time and installed in about 2 hours. Very happy and they were just what I wanted and look great. These are roller blinds that can roll down at night and back up during the day. Also provide shade in living room if too hot and you can still see slightly outside so doesn't feel so closed in.

I am very Happy I found (and Used) Charlies Home Décor! I had them come out and install Blinds on All my New Windows. 3 Large ones and 2 smaller ones in the Kitchen. Carlos and his Son came to my home and they were both very Pleasant and Professional. Everything was done to Perfection and I am Thrilled with their work... But what really shows the type of company they are is when I called Carlos After I did some remodeling to my Kitchen. Because I installed some Granite Window Sills the Blinds No longer Fit! Carlos came back to my home Spent an hour cutting and fitting the Blinds so they fit Perfect. When I asked what I owed for the repair he Smiled and Said He appreciated my Business and would Not take a Penny for his time . That just doesn't happen today. What a Class Act! Carlos was on time for the project. Made sure to keep me abreast of work through the different steps of the installation. Very meticulous and attention to every detail! And, they cleaned up everything after the project was completed. It was a pleasure to work this Carlos on this project and I am extremely satisfied with the results.
