Got no where with the company or their locale dealer.

"The locate dealer is on the website and gives immediate results to dealers that may be able to help you with your request. We do not sell parts online so are not sure where you spent hours trying to find parts. You also emailed through the website and got a response within a few hours (you emailed 12:30AM, and got a response 9:30AM) and we are working on your request as we have different rollers for different screens and needed more information. This review is unfounded as we are currently trying to help you. Thank you."

After waiting close to 2 months for our materials to arrive, the products came damaged with chips and scratches, scratched glass, wrong finish hardware, incorrect grid design, inadequate springs which hold the windows up when open, missing open/close clips etc. One of the windows even had a stress crack. Completely unacceptable given the type of windows and doors we purchased and what we paid for. Their "customer service" aka a phone # which routes to a voicemail of a rude, rude lady with a bad attitude, who never returns phone calls and doesn't know the first thing about customer service, is awful. I've left several messages and have never received a call back. Horrible experience from A-Z and I wouldn't recommend anyone to go with this vendor. We are extremely unhappy with our purchase and level of quality of the products we received. I would go with PGT or anyone else. Do you know what it is to have your windows installed and they won't even stay up when you open them? Or the clips to open them are missing? Or the glass is scratched when it just came out of the box? Terrible, terrible, terrible.
