Cero's Fence Co

A warning to anyone considering Cero’s Fence Contractors. We hired them nearly two years ago to install a front yard gate and a metal fence in our backyard. Unfortunately, this has been a disappointing experience from day one through to now. From the beginning, customer service was lacking. Humberto often seemed irritated when we asked reasonable questions and responded dismissively. When we followed up with the city on the permit status, we discovered Cero’s had submitted the permits incorrectly. We ended up acting as the go-between to get things corrected, which delayed the project even further. During installation, one of the workers was leaving cigarette butts around the yard. Shortly after the job was “complete,” parts of the fence began to rust. We asked them to come back and address the issue—which they did—but the response was more defensive than helpful. Now, not even two years later, part of the gate has completely fallen off. (See attached photos.) If you're researching fence contractors, take this as a cautionary tale. The materials used and quality of installation appear to lack durability. While I expect a defensive reply (as that’s been the pattern), I’m sharing our experience to help others make a more informed decision.

The work was performed quickly and as agreed upon. The price was the lowest of three estimates. I would definitely hire this company again.

THEY DID AN ALRIGHT JOB. IT COULD HAVE BEEN BETTER BECAUSE THEY LEFT SOME GAPS UNDERNEATH THE FENCE. THEY WERE NOT WILLING TO FILL IN THE GAPS. THEY GOT IT DONE ON TIME AND THE PRICE WAS REASONABLE.

THEY DID AN OUTSTANDING JOB PUTTING UP MY PRIVACY FENCE AS QUICKLY AND EFFICIENTLY AS THEY COULD. THEY QUALITY OF WORK THAT THEY DID WAS GREAT, AS WAS THE PRICE THEY CHARGED.

I WAS VERY SATISFIED WITH THE JOB THEY DID. THEY MADE SURE TO HAUL AWAY OUR OLD FENCE AND TO NOT LEAVE ANY BEHIND. THE NEW FENCE THAT THEY PUT UP LOOKS GREAT.

THE CERO FENCE COMPANY CAME AND INSTALLED A FENCE FOR ME. IT TOOK THEM TWO HOURS TO PUT IN THE FENCE, BUT THEY DIDN'T CLEAN UP TOO WELL AT ALL. I'M HAPPY WITH MY FENCE WORK THAT THEY DID.
