I was referred to Ozzie Castellanos of Century Floors Design Center by one of my clients. Ozzie came to my condo within two days of my initial call. He inspected my totally trashed floors and explained the difficulty in refinishing engineered hardwood flooring. He was honest and thorough in his explanation. I provided him with some extra flooring and he took it back to his shop to have his technicians examine it and try and see if it could be refinished. He returned 1 week later with the flooring sample and showed a before and after section of the refinished wood. He said that it was a very delicate job but that he would do it. My condo needed his insurance/license information and he promptly worked with the management office and provided all information/forms required without my having to remind him. Amazing! His team was able to complete the job over my kids' Spring Break, while we were out of town for a week. The team arrived promptly, did their job and left my condo looking clean (lots of dust for this process). I had my housekeeper come and do a thorough cleaning afterwards to really get all the dust away. His team tented off the bedrooms to prevent dust from entering the carpeted rooms that they weren't working on. I paid 60% up front and 40% upon completion. Ozzie was nothing but gracious, ethical and responsive. Can't recommend them enough!
