It went very well.

Being the fact that I have tried 3 other companies, and they either stand me up and don't show up for appointments or they send someone and then 2 months later they never call to do anything. I have to give this guy. He is supposed to be back this afternoon. He has already gotten the flags in the ground for the plumbing. He is going to start the actual digging next week. I think the price is reasonable.

Job was performed on time.  These guys are nice, well educated, excellent job skills and demeanor to treat their clients. I am very happy with their performance and recommend them to others.

Carlos, the owner surveyed my old system and suggested new rotor heads. His crew arrived on time and did a professional job.  I am very happy with results.

During the first visit a man took pictures of the work that needed to be replaced. The man put flags down for markings. Another guy came and to do the digging to install the new sprinkler heads and pipes. He was reliable when I called and came out. The tech who actually did the installation also had me verify the work was complete.

Carlos was prompt and professional.  after discussing the job that i wanted we settled on a fair price and scheduled the job in a time frame that  worked for both of us.  His crew was also prompt, went about their business in a professional manner(during a south florida downpour)and in a timely manner.

Overall it went well.  The follow up by Carlos Victoria was amazing.  He explained what it would cost and made his recommendations.  We are having some landscaping done and they have had to come back a couple of times to work on the system but for the  most part was very prompt.  We also had an issue with the new pump installed and Carlos did not stop until it was corrected.  So, far so good.  Still need one last adjustment once the yard work completed but I have been extremely impressed.

Excellent service and value.  Carlos and his crew were complete professionals.  It took almost a full day to do the work and it was done very well.  I couldn't be happier with their service.

He was very knowledgeable and suggested he come back (no charge) after the construction work is done to recheck the system.

I contacted Drip Drop on Dec. 26, when most service providers were closed for the holidays. The owner responded to my voice mail within minutes, and provided a quote. Two hours later he offered to have someone over within 1 hour. The repair men came on-time as promised and were very professional and extremely personable. They got right to work, repaired the broken pipe, and charged what was quoted over the phone. 
My sprinkler system needs maintenance, and I will definitely contact Drip Drop Irrigation for quote. Unfortunately, Miami-Dade has way too many companies that are not professional, honest, knowledgeable and punctual. Drip Drop was all of these.

Carlos and his team are absolutely terrific. Carlos is not only an extremely knowledgeable expert in irrigation and water systems, but he is an absolute professional who places great emphasis on customer service and managing expectations. As someone who has worked with countless contractors in the last 3 years of constant renovations, I can tell you Carlos and his group are an absolute rarity here in Miami. He is punctual (that's already way more than most can say!) and takes accountability for his actions. He has followed-up repeatedly, come back home to run tests, and walked me through the installation and operation of the high-tech, state-of-the-art equipment he had installed. Again, Carlos' employees are equally impressive and very polite.

If you need an irrigation system at your home, small or big, this is the team for you. I highly recommend them.

I called Drip Drop Irrigation and Carlos Called me back 10 mn later.
He asked me to take a picture of my index valve, and we scheduled an appointment for the next day.
Carlos came on time and was very professional. He started working on the problem right away and about 20 mn later fixed the issue...for FREE! I think it is the first time ever that somebody is performing a service and do not want to be paid for.
He gave me an estimate for $175 if the part need to be changed in the future.
So guess who I'll be calling if I need an irrigation specialist?

Carlos Victoria, the owner of this business, is absolutely wonderful. It was such a pleasure to work with him. He was very responsive, punctual, professional, and knowledgeable. He came out to our property and helped us to determine why our system was not working (needed a new pump). He quickly sent over a proposal and was available to do the work within a day or two. He also suggested that we drill for new well water since ours was very rusty. Once those two things were in place, he came out more than once to check that the system was running properly and that we had good coverage. He noticed some spots that needed adjusting, and quickly fixed them for us. Finally, we had new landscaping installed, and he came out again to see if any sprinklers needed to be added/moved as a result. Again, he completed the work very quickly and we are extremely pleased with the outcome. I highly recommend him.

First and foremost, Carlos Victoria, the owner of Central Irrigation, is one of the most professional contractors I have ever dealt with. He was punctual, responsive, and went out of his way to make sure that my wife and I were happy with the irrigation system design and function.
When I first contacted Carlos, I learned that unlike most irrigation system designers/installers, he is a licensed Florida plumbing contractor. This is a rarity in South Florida given that most irrigation system installers are unlicensed and resort to hiring a plumbing contractor to connect the required back-flow prevention device to the water meter. As a plumbing contractor he was able to pull all necessary City of Coral Gables irrigation/plumbing permits after he provided us with a system design on AutoCad (another rarity). Carlos also informed us about a rebate program that is administered by Miami-Dade County for irrigations sytem retrofits which resulted in a $400 rebate from the County. Again, Carlos took the lead in arranging all inspections and contacting the proper officials at the County in order to get us the rebate.
Carlos and his team installed the entire irrigation system over a period of days while he coordinated with our landscape installer. This was extraordinarily important because all of the new irrigation pipes and sprinkler heads had to be properly placed as hundreds of new plants were installed on the property. This was not an easy task given that my wife and I modified the landscape design after certain irrigation pipes had already been installed. Nevertheless, Carlos rerouted the irrigation pipes and installed additional sprinkler heads to account for our modifications - all without complaining or increasing our costs.
In short, my wife and I are extremely happy with the service and products that Central Irrigation provided and have nothing but great things to say about Carlos and his company.

Carlos Victoria coordinated this big project to install a computerized Rain Bird water management system for our home yard, including an irrigation well and electrical pump. They did an excellent job and Carlos was very attentive to supervising all stages, and addressed all my questions and concerns. Carlos also directed me to a $400 rebate for water conservation improvements from the county water department. With a new lawn now installed the sprinklers are properly watering and the grass is establishing well. The Rain Bird system measures any rainfall and adjusts the water volume and frequency of sprinkling in each zone. We are very happy with this system and the work Carlos Victoria has done, and look forward to using his two-year maintenance service as needed.
