Great. The entire project took about a week with at least one, sometimes two crews working. All were very courteous and professional, though not always clean. I had to clean up after them a couple of times, but they always tried to clean up after I told them about it. Everything works well and passed rigorous Coral Gables inspections. The estimate was one-half to two-thirds cheaper than other estimates. They are so good and so overworked, the only problem was getting them out to begin the job. Once they were on the job, they were great. Probably not someone you would want to call for a routine, minor repair, because of the responsiveness issue.
