It went and goes very well! They are the only cleaners in Miami I have confidence in.

I love them. They're wonderful. I use them all the time. They listen to instructions. They do hem, repair and alterations right there. They also collect and drop off. They are super-convenient. They are local, so I can support local business.

I go to them on a regular basis. I can't recall the cost, but I do know that their costs in general are a little high, but they exult in quality. I like the quality. They do a very good job on my dress shirts when they get laundered and pressed. They do a very good job getting out any kind of minor stains and so on. They also provide complimentary collar stays that are matching and they are perfect. I thoroughly appreciate that. When it comes to the suits, suits are always cleaned and pressed very professionally. They are great quality wise professional dry cleaners. I like it. The price is a little bit higher than what you find with most dry cleaners. You get what you pay for pricewise. Overall it is very well done. The one issue that I have with them is that when I first started going there, they said they could do same day dry cleaning. They have never offered me that opportunity even when I drop it in when they first open at 7.30 in the morning. They always say that it needs to be done no sooner than 5 o'clock the following day. They are more expensive than most dry cleaners I have been to. They are very responsive. They are not very prompt. They have always been great on professionalism. I would use them again, but with them you have to plan it. If I know that I am going to be needing 2 or 3 suits dry cleaned, I would have to space it out over a couple of days so that I am not without suits. It is more the timing versus their work load situation. They do a great job. They always have. They have stitched things up that weren't necessarily their responsibility to do. Their quality is phenomenal. I have no problem going back to them. It is just that after the first few times you learn that nothing can be done on your schedule. It will be done on theirs.

I suggested to Diana that she consider re-usable dry cleaning bags to go a little greener, eliminating the plastic bags. A week later she had "Green Garmento" bags available - a combination laundry bag that you use to bring in your shirts, etc. and then they come back in another Green Garmento, no plastic. They are priced very reasonable - $9.95 - and I immediately bought two. The customer needs to buy them which is only fair and you need two. Catalonia Cleaners is very responsive to any requests and they love my dog Ted who they encourage me to bring in. Also they have local art in their shop. The best laundry/dry cleaner I have ever used.
