CASEY'S APPLIANCES INC

Working with Casey has been the worst, most unprofessional, unreliable, rude and frustrating service experience I can think off. The guy from Casey showed up on the 20th to complete the repair but realized that he brought with him the wrong valves. He promised to reorder the parts and come back at the end of the same week (Thursday or Friday). We called him on Thursday, Friday and Saturday to get an status update but never get past an automated answering service where we left several messages asking for a return call.  Only on Monday did he return our calls, promising to be at our house on Wednesday early morning!!. This is two whole weeks after the initial contact! On the expected day, we called him again, to confirm at what time would he be here. In an extremely rude and unprofessional manner he told us that whenever he could, that he has other works to do!!! When we complained, he simply told us that he would be mailing us a check in the amount of the initial payment (still to be seen!) and that he would not complete the service and honor the service order. 

The leak was fixed when they left, but began leaking again the next day. They did fix the ice box in this refrigerator and it works. They also took the ice box from the refrigerator in the bar and didn't hear from them until they returned it 2 weeks later.  They said it worked, but it didn't.  I was charged for their service, but the problems were not fixed.
