Carlos was great!! I was given his name by the front office in our rental community and advised that his company was in the area and she had heard he had good service. So I called Carlos, he answered the phone, explained all his pricing and special party packages. He knew exactly where I lived and was familiar with the club house where we were planning our party. Carlos took my reservation order right on the phone, repeated everything back to me, even some special instructions about my dad and his phone number, who would be the person to receive the rental items at the delivery. He took a $65 deposit for a total order of $137 including delivery and taxes.
Carlos called me exactly at the time he said he would on delivery day, 30 minutes prior to the delivery, and his guys showed up, unloaded, and left the tables, chairs and table clothes in the club house location we had agreed.
All the items were in good condition and what I expected. Even though we had cash to pay the balance he said it would be no problem to charge the balance on the card.
After the event I called Carlos to advise we had taken down all the folding tables, chairs, and tableclothes and left them in the same location for his guys to pick up the following day. Carlos was very professional and nice.
I highly recommend Carlos. Everything was easy and exactly like he said it would be, and with friendly, professional service.
