We arranged to have our vertical blinds repaired with Camacho Verticals and I must say it was the best decision we made to go with this company.  From the moment I contacted them and dealt with Felipe himself, the transaction couldn?t have gone any more smoothly.  Felipe was the only one of about 4 other companies that acted promptly in getting back to me and was very prompt in answering all my questions.  Once he quoted me a price and we agreed on a time to have the work done on site, he and his wife, what a team, arrived promptly, were very polite and professional.  They pulled the entire vertical blind system apart, replaced all the working parts with new parts, basically giving us a brand new vertical blind system.  You could not have replaced the unit for what it cost to repair it and it is just like new.  The work was performed on site, in the room where the blinds were and they were clean, careful and very pleasant to work with.
As a result I would totally recommend Camacho Verticals for their professionalism, promptness, and polite customer service.  It is hard to find companies today that give good customer service but you will not be disappointed with Camacho Verticals.
