Description of Work
he came to look at a very simple jon, spent less than five minutes, did not bother to look at the drawings. I emailed the drawings but never heard back. I followed up and was told that he can give an estimate with a lot of assumptions. I asked him to use professional judgment, haven't heard back till date. he sounded rude, will not recommend.

Company did not respond after four days.
Description of Work
Called this company to get an estimate on a kitchen remodeling. Was told "Victoria" would call me back and set up a date/time. It is four days later and I'm still waiting.

Everything went well; Bruce Calder was always on time and was present for all work.
Description of Work
They remodeled a room. This included the construction of two walls (exterior) which had been sliding glass doors.

I enjoy that he is on site most of the time. He works with the subs as well. I like that he is a perfectionist and that he is always available when I need to talk to him. He provides very high quality work and is extremely reliable. His proposals are also very detailed.
Description of Work
He built a third bedroom, bathroom, and a kitchen. He renovated two existing bathrooms, performed drywall installation and finishing . Installed all the new flooring, baseboards, and the inside doors.

The experience went well. We had asked him to complete the job under unusual constrictions, to complete it faster then a normal allowance. He was very helpful for us to meet the deadlines we had set up. Calder was the general contractor for the job and he subcontracted out some of the other work for plumbing, painting, electrical, etc. Calder was very careful and checked up on the subcontractors throughout the job, even catching some work that the tiling workers did incorrectly that I wouldn't have caught. He made sure they corrected it. He was easy to reach and was accessible for us when needed. The finished job turned out well.

He was excellent. He is very detail oriented and is very smart and knowledgeable in his field. The work that he did was very nice and we have been complimented multiple times for it, and his prices are fair for the quality of his work he does.
